1 Couple - $950 per wk. inclusive
2 Couples - $1050 per wk. inclusive
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars
- Payment accepted in US Dollars, GB Pounds and Euros(£ and € quoted on request)
(2008) High Season: Jan. - Feb.., Mar. - Apr.: $ 1600 per week.
(2008) Mid Season: Nov. - Dec., July - Aug.: $ 1400 per week.
(2008) Low Season: May - June, Sept. - Oct. $ 1200 per week.
- Reduced rates available for longer term rentals.
- Rates include utilities, local & N. American phone calls and cleaning on departure.
- Optional electric pool heat is $80 per week (recommended for November to April)
- Rates exclude taxes (3% local plus 7% state)
Policies
Smoking in pool area only, please
No pets.
Not suitable for very young children - children over the age of 10 are most welcome.
Payments
20% to confirm booking (cheque or Paypal)
Full payment is required 8 weeks before occupancy
Refundable security deposit ($400) required at the time of rental payment.
Cancellations: the following charges may be incurred:
More than 8 weeks notice: refund of deposit, less admin charge of $30.00
6 - 8 weeks notice: 25% of total cost of accommodation
4 - 6 weeks notice: 50% of total cost of accommodation
Less than 4 weeks notice - 75% of total cost of accommodation.
